The Year of our discontent

As we begin to move away from the year of our discontent, disease, social unrest and disinformation factions have changed humanity. I have continued to turn to the natural world for solace and introspection in these troubling times. The mountains, woodlands and wildlife of our beautiful but volatile planet have always served as inspiration to me; in their house, I am complete and the best version of myself that I have yet to discover.

My name is Dan Buell. I am a water media and digital artist, photographer, writer, gardener, chef, adventurist and business consultant. I have more interests and passions than I can possibly fit into a single lifetime. The great outdoors of the Rocky Mountains is my playground.

As a painter, a photographer or a poet, my aim is to share the natural beauty that surrounds us and serve as a window for my collectors and loved ones to look out and escape through.
